Booking Deposit
Where a booking is made through our website, a deposit of 30% of the booking is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance owed for your stay with us.
Cancellations
In the unlikely event that you may need to cancel or adjust your reservation, cancellations may be made without incurring any further cost up to 72 hours before 3PM on the day of arrival (30 days before, for Exclusive Hire). Full payment is deducted for cancellations made after this time.
Non-arrivals
In the event of a guests non-arrival (no-show), the first night’s accommodation charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to guarantee the booking.
Our cafe hours are 9am-4pm, check-in after 6pm requires advance notice. If we have not been advised of a late arrival we may release the room and cancellation fee will apply.
